Bauer’s–Sharks athletes can choose from three package levels designed to support tournament competition, recruiting exposure, athletic development, and off-season performance.
Bauer’s–Sharks 7v7 practices and position-specific training
Training 2–3 times per week from February through May
Entry into six SF Sharks 7v7 tournaments
Bauer’s Elite recruiting services and athlete guidance
Elite Winter Football Training
Two training sessions per week during December and January
Elite Speed Training
Two training sessions per week during December and January
Elite Summer Football Training
Two training sessions per week during June and July
Sports-performance training three times per week
Six months of training scheduled between December and May
Strength, speed, explosiveness, mobility, and injury-prevention development
Access to the Bauer’s Performance Facility
Recovery boots, Theragun massage, Foam rolling and lacrosse-ball mobility, Banded active-recovery programming
Tier 3 is designed for athletes seeking the highest level of off-season development, recovery support, and preparation for their upcoming football season.
Package pricing and payment information will be provided directly to athletes who receive an official Bauer’s–Sharks roster offer following tryouts.
